George is at VIP Transport Management Consultancy Ltd as our Transport Compliance Apprentice with a genuine passion for developing a career within the transport industry.

As part of the family behind the business, George is gaining hands-on experience across a broad range of our services, including tachograph customer service, tachograph analysis, Transport Manager CPC, compliance auditing, and transport operations support. He brings enthusiasm and a real commitment to building his skills over time.

Samantha Roberts

Administrator

With over 20 years of experience in customer service and administration, Samantha is a highly organised and dependable professional who plays a key role in the smooth day-to-day running of the business. As Administrator at VIPTMC, Samantha oversees all aspects of training bookings and coordination, ensuring clients receive an efficient and seamless experience from enquiry through to completion.

Alongside managing office administration tasks, Samantha is responsible for maintaining operational efficiency, supporting both clients and colleagues, and delivering a consistently high standard of customer care. Samantha’s strong communication skills, attention to detail, and proactive approach have helped build lasting client relationships and contribute to the continued success of the organisation.
