VIP Transport Management Consultancy “VIPTMC” understands that, on occasions, delegates will book onto training courses and subsequently find that they are unable to attend for some reason. In these situations we ask that delegates cancel their booking(s) via email as soon as possible. Similarly, VIP Transport Management Consultancy may on occasions find it necessary to cancel a training course and when this need arises we are committed to taking positive steps to notify you to the cancellation as soon as possible. The information below outlines the action to be taken in case of cancellation.

Cancellation by delegates on any training course for which there is an attendance charge:

If you need to cancel your booking/s for chargeable training, our cancellation policy is as follows:

Please cancel any bookings via email to training@viptmc.co.uk and the system with which you may of placed your original order

If you cancel your bookings via email 10 or more business days for non-cycle and/or 15 business days for a cycling course/module prior to the course, we will provide a full refund or offer a transfer of credit for another course.

If you cancel your bookings via email less than 10 business days for non-cycle and 15 business days for a cycling course/module prior to the course, the full cost will be payable.

If you cancel a Transport Manager CPC course booking via email 20 business days prior to the course, we will provide a full refund or offer a transfer of credit for another course date. Less than 20 business days prior to the course, the full cost will be payable.

Where you have booked a place(s) on a training course and do not attend without notifying us of your cancellation, the full fee will be payable.

Cancellation by delegates on any training for which there is no attendance charge (funded courses):

We request that delegates to cancel their bookings email as soon as possible so we can reallocate the place to a person on the waiting list. Funded training are often over-subscribed and your place can usually be filled by another delegate.

If you cancel your bookings via email 10 or more business days prior to a funded training course, there will be no cancellation charge

If you cancel your bookings via email less than 10 business days prior to a funded training course, or if you fail to attend on the day, the following cancellation fees will apply:

Cancellation or non-attendance fee: Funded half day event £100 + VAT & Funded full day event £200 + VAT per delegate. Funded in-house with a minimum if 17 participants £1200 + vat

IMPORTANT

Business days mean Monday to Friday between 08.30am and 4:30pm only (excluding public holidays). The cancellation time period excludes the actual day of the event. For example, if the event is due to take place on a Monday and you cancel it on the previous Tuesday, this is 3 complete business days.

If you receive a cancellation invoice it is extremely important that it is settled in full within 21 calendar days, as failure to do so could prevent you or your company from being able to attend other funded training courses.

Cancellation of an event/course or module by VIPTMC:

VIPTMC is committed to offering high quality training that meet the needs of delegates and will always aim to run events once delegates have booked onto them. Occasionally circumstances will arise which result in the need to cancel an event and in these circumstances will take active and positive steps to inform you as soon as possible by phone and/or email. VIPTMC reserves the right to modify or cancel any event if unforeseen circumstances arise but we will do our utmost to avoid doing so.

Where VIPTMC cancels a training course/module course that you have paid to attend, we will offer you a full refund or a credit transfer for a future course. Full advice on refunds/credits will be provided at the time of cancellation.
